Outcome: License suspension pending against client's license dismissed.

Description: Client retained me for only the DOL hearing (had a public defender for the criminal case).  Successfully argued several issues at the hearing and the case was dismissed due to the fact that the arresting officer manually altered information on the breath test ticket.
