Not Guilty - Assault in the Second Degree with a Firearm
Jason won a week-long trial on an Assault in the Second Degree with a Firearm charge. The client was looking at significant prison time but Jason believed in his client and fought all the way until the end. The jury completely acquitted his client with a not guilty verdict. Jason was overjoyed that his client will see his children grow up.

Jason Lantz, attorney at the Law Offices of Geoffrey Burg, LLC, focuses his practice on criminal and DUI defense.
