Outcome:  DUI charge reduced to a "minor DUI," a misdemeanor with no mandatory jail, fines or license suspension and additional charge of driving on a suspended license dismissed.

Description:   Client arrested for DUI and driving on a suspended license.  Through negotiations prosecutor agreed to significantly reduce the charge to that of a "minor DUI" because the client was under 21 and dismiss count 2.
