Outcome:  Case dismissed.

Description:  Client and several others were charged theft from with breaking into a locked storage room and taking items.  I was able to resolve client's case with an immediate dismissal under the compromise of misdemeanor statute.  Other co-defendant's had cases eventually dismissed after a period of probation.
