We currently have five spaces for rent, perfect for solo with staff or small firm:
- 2 window office with view of Space Needle (15' x 10')
- 1 window office with view of the Space Needle (15' x 8')
- Interior office (10' x 10') (can also be used as a conference room)
- Paralegal space
- Receptionist space
We are looking for people that can fit in with our collegial group of attorneys and staff - 12 in total when the space is full. We have been here for 15 years and intend to say, current lease is through August 2023. We are located on the 20th floor of the Pacific Building, 720 3rd Ave., Ste. 2015. This is just over a block away from the King County Courthouse. Photocopier, kitchen, shredding, internet available. Either furnished or unfurnished.
